Iron Horse Half Marathon - Training Week 4

Had a real good week of training. With the kids back in school, I'm really starting to get into a rhythm and a routine, which is nice.

The weather was also nice over the weekend. Temperatures were in the mid-60s and humidity was mild for this time of year, making my long runs nice and tolerable.

You know, I could really get used to that.

And now, here's how the week went.

Tuesday - 5.26 miles/56 minutes (10:44 pace)
Nice and easy run. It was nice getting my miles in.

Wednesday - Rest Day

Thursday - 5.76 miles/1:01 (10:31 pace)
Who wasn't fully awake when he got dressed to run and ran with shirt on backward? THIS GUY! Wardrobe malfunction aside, great hill workout today. Felt great and legs felt strong to the end.

Friday - Rest Day

Saturday - 10 miles/1:44 (10:24 pace)
Had a great long this morning. Legs felt great. The mid-60 degree weather was wonderful to say the least. Absolutely great weather to run in.

Sunday - 6.2 miles/1:06 (10:41pace)
A nice and easy 10K. Weather was great and legs felt strong.

Monday - Rest Day

Total mileage for the week was 27.22 in 4 hours, 47 minutes for a pace of 10:33.
